Tonight we had the pleasure of having ex national champ in for a session at 2600m.

Before the second class of the evening at 6pm. We’re getting pretty full now with only one wattbike space available for the 6-7pm class next week.

SUMMIT of the month! has successfully reached Africas highest point! Kilimanjaro 🏔️.

Jen joined our HIIT altitude classes with added elevation 2 weeks leading into her expedition. This gave her the best possible chance of summiting with the time she had available prior to leaving.

Altitude acclimatisation is essential if you want to reach the summits of these crazy high mountains. 🥾😮

Joining our classes meant she was already adapting to altitude without leaving sea level 🌊 due to our unique training facility.

Arash had just finished his 2 months altitude block in preparation for his expedition to Alborz Mountains! We simulated the altitude of 4010M to ensure Arash was ready for his big adventure 🤩🏞️. We have included interval sessions as well as steady up hill walking to get him used to altitude trekking. 🥾⛰️
