We're turning up the heat at JD Gyms Leeds Kirkstall Road with a very exciting new addition to the gym...saunas! 🥵🔥

Separate male and female saunas will be fitted in the changing rooms, with work starting as early as next week!!

We aim to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, so your workouts aren't affected. During the install we will need to close off different parts of the changing rooms and showers, but don't worry, we'll be as quick as possible. 👌

Keep an eye out for signage in the gym when work starts and speak to a member of the team if you have any questions at all.

Serious Upgrades Loading ⏳😎

As you may have already seen, JD Gyms Leeds Kirkstall Road is getting a makeover! From plate-loaded, strength and cardio kit to the necessary accessories like ab mats and bosu balls - we're not missing out ANYTHING! 💪
Not only that, but we'll be ramping up the heat in those changing rooms by adding in saunas! 🔥

Work has already started in the gym and will be completed the beginning of September, but we aim to keep the disruption at an absolute minimum. If you have any questions at all, please speak to a staff member.
