GYM GETTING HELLA BUSY? FEELING OVERWHELMED? ๐คฏ๐คฏ
Here are 3 top tips for navigating the busy September gym rush so you can continue to make great progressโฆ

TIME - The time you go will impact how busy the gym is. Generally, 5pm-8pm is going to be quite busy, so if possible get up earlier and get to the gym in the morning, or on your lunch, or block out an hour if youโre able to be more flexible with work and go during the daytime.

EQUIPMENT - You may get to the gym and find nothing you want is free. Make sure you have substitutions for your exercises so that if you canโt get on what you need, you donโt need to panic. For example, swap a barbell bench press for dumbbells, or barbell squats for the leg press. There will always be something you can do instead, so we have to be in the mindset of adapting.

CLASSES - If youโre someone that doesnโt have a coach or programme to follow, maybe youโre a newbie at the gym or you just want to improve your general fitness, then Iโd recommend the classes. At least with this, there is structure already in place, you have a set space to go to when you get in the gym and can bypass the chaos, and youโll be guaranteed to complete a good workout.
