With a high demand for our Early Risers Group, we have launched a 5th group that runs in the mornings on:

🔹Tuesdays 7:30am
🔹Thursdays 7:30am
🔹Fridays 7:30am

What makes our Group Training different is we have the ability to individualise the workouts by having multiple plans happen simultaneously. This way, clients can achieve their individual goals with training designed for their specific needs.
