💥 1-1 Personal Training can cost anywhere from £20-40 per hour… with Small Group PT the cost is cheaper per person!!

Starting JANUARY 9th 2023 in our BRAND NEW Purpose Built Training Facility on the outskirts of Leamington Spa!

MEN and WOMEN who have decided they are going to stop settling for being constantly tired and out of shape and want to re-ignite the fire inside to dominate all aspects of their work, home and family life!

Why for free? Simple - I want to showcase what we can do here at Evolution and want to use the success stories from this challenge to get more men and women taking part! AND - because when I have done this program in the past, most people stay on afterwards to become members as they are blown away by the energy and fitness increases, camaraderie of members BUT most importantly the insane, physical and mental RESULTS that can be achieved in just 42 days! 👊 I'm going to transform each man and woman from tired, fed up, overworked and out of shape to re-energised and re-invigorated with supreme body confidence and energy in weeks.

👊 I’ll put an end to the constant cycle of depressingly average results (if at all) and reveal exactly how to see head turning results that get noticed by your kids and partner in weeks AND that just keep on coming so they become truly unstoppable in producing the very best they can offer at work and play.

Each committed man and woman accepted onto the challenge will:

💥 You’ll get 6x one on one Personal Training Sessions with your designated coach where we will focus purely on your SPECIFIC GOALS!!! And it will be a great oppurtunity each week to catch up and make sure your keeping on track!

💥 Get a personalised eating plan to trigger their body into it’s highest state of fat burning and lean muscle development without leaving them starving between meal times or giving up the foods they love.

💥 They'll receive 18 highly targeted training sessions to help re-shape their body just the way they want with sessions created by an expert body transformation coach (me) who has tons success stories already.

💥 These action taking men and women will learn exactly how to build on and maintain their results for the long term, putting an end to the constant cycle of rubbish dieting and exercise programs.

Here Is How I'll Do This:

✅ I'll guide each man and gwoman step by step, session by session and week by week so they’re fully supported, motivated and stay 100% consistent for the best results possible in the shortest time.

✅ I'll hold them fully accountable every step of the way, no matter what life throws at them so they stay on track to hit the goals we set.

✅ I'll make sure every session and eating guide is straightforward, effective and suitable for any level of fitness or experience.

Every session is suitable for any fitness level. Whether you’ve been training for months but not seen results OR been too anxious about getting started after years of hiding away from the reality you need to do something – I've got your back.

Squab Hall
Harbury Lane
Leamington Spa

Day & Times:
Monday’s, Wednesdays and Fridays
0600-0700
0930-1030
1830-1930

Saturdays
0730-0830
0830-0930

Your 1-1 sessions will be booked in at times to suit you around these sessions above!

You’ll need to attend a minimum of 2 of them per week and your 1-1 session and pay a fully refundable deposit to keep you 100% accountable if you’re successful in getting a place!

Last time I ran this challenge all the spaces went in 72 hours so act NOW if this is something you need!!

My Brand and what I’ll be doing going forwards!

In 2014 I created Evolution as a brand for my 1-2-1 Personal Training that I was doing from local gyms around Warwick and Leamington Spa, it then developed into opening a Studio in 2017. I now no longer own the Studio but my brand is still my own and will always be 😊

Since the start we’ve always been a community and going forward I aim to bring as much Fitness, Health and Nutritional knowledge to as many people as possible via this social media platform! 🏋️‍♀️

Fitness
I’ll be posting Fitness motivation, Exercise videos, Workouts, busting exercise myths and offering monthly workout plans for £19pm these can be focused on:
Strength goals
Specific fitness events
General fitness
Improving your running
As well as this I’ll be offering 1-2-1 Personal Training outdoors with a wide variety of equipment available to use around Leamington and Warwick at locations to suit you 🏋️‍♀️

Health
Talking about how exercise and nutrition takes a long term effect on your health, how your body would be without exercise, overtraining leading to injury… and lots more

Nutrition
I’ll be posting really easy Recipes, busting nutrient myths, showing you how easy it can be to eat healthy, how to look at dropping body fat through multiple ways until you find one that suits YOU!
I will also be offering a monthly service for £19pm which helps you reach your healthy eating, body fat loss goals with daily/ weekly checks ins to keep you on track and making progress!

However I’m not just here selling you things… if you just want to come along for the ride and ingest all of the FREE information I’ll be posting then please do!! I want to change 20 peoples lives… How?! Well below is what I want to do for you!!

- A 1-1 with myself where we sit and look in detail your daily food routines, working around family/ work and social life to ensure it really works for you!

- Look at training sessions that work time wise for yourself! And we only need to aim for 3x 45 min sessions per week as a minimum! But you can do more if you feel you have the time

- We then get a plan together for your future after the 6 weeks so that your not just left hanging in the wind and going backwards! We want life long changes 🙌

If you want the option of 1-2-1 Personal Training instead of group sessions (the benefit is you can pick and choose the times you want to train, there not set in stone like the group sessions)

IF YOU ONLY READ ONE THING TODAY… MAKE SURE ITS THIS 🙌

Let's assume you eat 4 meals a day.

Let's assume you do this for 7 days.

That's a total of 28 meals in a week.

Lets assume week 1 you do this consistently well and feel great.

You're motivated!

You're seeing results.

Let's assume in week 2 your partner wants to have a meal out.

It's off plan. You freak out.

You crumble due to peer pressure and over eat, maybe.

Maybe you even have a bottle of wine and a desert.

The next day you're demoralised. You feel like you've ruined everything.

You feel deflated.

But wait....

Next time think of it like this instead....

Think of it as simple math.

Week 1 you made 28 steps forward.

28 steps that made you better.

28 steps that saw a positive result.

Week 2 you made 27 steps forward and you felt that 1 step went backwards.

That's a total of 55 steps forward and 1 step back.

55 steps forward!!!!!!

Only 1 step back!

Even if you then had 54 "bad meals", you still went forward 1 step!

Don't over complicate it. Focus on the small victories that add up to huge leaps forward.

The small steps back, chalk up and move on!

The greater positive is that you're still moving forward!
