We start with a gentle warm up, ease into movement, and build through a mix of standing, babywearing and floor-based tracks - all designed to work with your body, not against it.

There’s time to move, time to breathe, and always a cool down to leave you feeling reset. No pressure, no need to “keep up” - just a supportive space where you can go at your own pace and do something for you.

Shorter sessions, getting outside when you can, and keeping things consistent will take you further than trying to do everything perfectly.
