Your body grew a baby… so why do we expect it to move exactly the same afterwards? 🤍
Postnatal recovery isn’t about “bouncing back” — it’s about rebuilding strength properly, understanding your body, and learning how to move in a way that supports healing rather than fighting against it.
After birth, your:
✨ Pelvic floor has been under huge pressure
✨ Core has stretched and changed
✨ Joints are softer and less stable
✨ Hips and posture have adapted for pregnancy and birth
And yet so many mums jump straight back into high impact exercise without being taught how to reconnect with their body first.
That’s why in my Sweaty Mama classes we focus on:
✔️ Breathing & core connection
✔️ Pelvic floor friendly movement
✔️ Building strength gradually
✔️ Functional exercises that support real life
✔️ Progressing safely back into impact & load
And we do it in a way that’s FUN, supportive, confidence-building and baby-friendly too 🩷
Because postnatal fitness shouldn’t feel intimidating — it should help you feel strong, capable and like YOU again.
If you’ve been unsure where to start after having a baby, this is your reminder that you don’t have to figure it out alone 🤍
