πŸ“’ Jed Jags AGM – We Need You! πŸ“’

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 June at 6:30pm at Riverside, and we’d love to see as many members, parents, coaches, and volunteers there as possible.

This is a great opportunity to hear about the club’s progress, have your say, and help shape the future of Jed Jags. We would especially love to welcome some new faces along to the meeting.

There are a number of committee and duty holder positions that still need to be filled. While some of these roles may sound daunting, they really aren’t! Our committee works closely together and supports one another, so you’ll never be left to figure things out on your own.

If you’re interested in getting involved or would like more information about any of the available positions, please get in touch. Volunteering is a fantastic way to support the club and the young people who benefit from it.

We’re also keen to encourage more of our coaches to attend the AGM and be part of the conversation.

If you have any questions, or if there are any items you’d like raised at the meeting, please contact Jo Burt.

We look forward to seeing you there! πŸ’™πŸ’›

πŸ† Jed Jags Presentation Day 2026 πŸ†

What a fantastic day to end the season on.

A huge thank you to all of our players for their hard work, commitment, and enthusiasm throughout the season. It has been fantastic to see the progress, teamwork, and enjoyment shown by every age group across the year.

We would also like to thank all parents, guardians, family members, and supporters for your encouragement, dedication, and support throughout the season. We couldn't do it without you.

The day also marked the official opening of the Jed Jags clubhouse, opened by former Jags player Greig Laidlaw. The club would like to extend a huge thank you to the Legacy Committee, as well as all the volunteers, for their hard work, commitment, and dedication in helping to get the pavilion open.

A special thank you goes to our own committee members, coaches, and volunteers who give up so much of their time behind the scenes to keep the club running and provide opportunities for our young players. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and make a real difference to the club and our community.

As we look ahead to next season, our AGM will be taking place soon. We are actively looking for new committee members to join the team. If we want Jed Jags to continue to grow and provide opportunities for local children, we need people to come forward and help. There are a variety of roles available, and any support you can offer would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you once again for a fantastic season. Enjoy the summer break, and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon! πŸ‰πŸ’™
