Tomorrow sees us undertaking our 16th Murph Fundraiser. A workout that is more than just a workout.
This workout was originally called “BODY ARMOUR” and was a favourite workout of Lt Michael Murphy who lost his life in Afghanistan in 2005.
This yr all funds raised will go to Combat Stress.

Turn up, donate and workout. Break it up how you wish. Have coffee and hang out.
