Another week another new machine 🔥

Fresh in the door we have the Watson iso animal row now at Performance Gym Irvine

This machine is made to replicate a bent over row without the need to stabilise your full body so you can focus on pulling the weight and hitting your back.

The independent arms are great for balance and building even back development. We also have adjustable handles on this machine so you can switch between grips.

Brand new in the door we have the Gymleco hamstring curl.

We’ve now added in a fourth hamstring curl machine to our leg section. The Gymleco lying hamstring curl is designed so the resistance follows the body’s natural biomechanics. The design of the machine also allows for an extended range of motion so you get that full stretch and contraction.
