To all our members Past & Present,
We are after 13 years of planning, building and running our Gym and Spa we have decided with a heavy heart to turn our efforts to the next chapter.
From the beginning of April, Lyndsey Forsyth PT will be taking over the Gym to follow her dream. Lindsey is a fantastic Personal Trainer with vast experience and knowledge in Training , Nutrition and Mental Health, She has a passion and a Spark to take it to where it deserves to be.
We are so proud to announce this change!

After losing my beloved son in law Evan Reid my life has changed and the need to spend more time with my family.
It was always my dream after my success in sport to own my own Gym but it went beyond that with the spa which we are so proud of. Myself and my daughter Emma have met so many new friends and memories through our Gym and will still keep in touch with them with pride.
Having represented Scotland and Great Britain in 3 different Sports becoming in the top 10 in the world in all 3 I hope you all took something from my experience.

Whatever you do in your life follow your own dream not someone else’s and keep your head high with pride.
Take the hits and keep moving forward and never let anyone tell you it can’t be done.

So with big Love we Thank you all for our wonderful journey.

Hi Everyone,

It’s been silent on here for the last 6 months as my daughter Nicole tragically lost her beloved partner Evan Reid at 31 years old in tragic circumstances.

Evan was the master of this page & we have just got round to dealing with all the messages that we have missed.

Nicole will now be dealing with this page & if anyone that sent a message still wishes to view the gym please can you resend your message.

Highlander also won the Scottish Junior Superstars an event with multiple sporting challenges against many other athletes from diffrent Sports
He was in the Crunch Bunch an American football Team made up of the world strongest men
He won the Gotland Olympics for Caber Tossing in Sweden the first Scot to win it in over Twenty Years

Iain was an extra in a Micheal Winner film staring Micheal Cain and Roger Moore
Highlander made the front cover, and middle pages of Strengh Athlete a world wide sold magazine dedicated to Strengh, Sport and Athletics

He competed in Front of the Queen and competed in many Private Highland Games at Glamis Castle, Gleneagles and many more prestigious events

In Highland Games Highlander was competing against Geoff Capes, Jon Paul Sigmarson, Bill Kazmier, Bill Anderson ,Grant Anderson, Hamish Davidson and many more World Class Athletes
He represented Scotland in many countries

Iain is mentioned in 4 Books;

David Webster OBE said "Iain Murray competed representing Scotland and Great Britain in 3 diffrent Sports at World Class level a feat not matched by many"

Hope everyone had a great christmas - as best you could this year!

As you are all aware the gym has closed from midnight on the 25th December.

The man along with David Webster OBE, who made a sport out of Strongman.

Hi everyone :D

Good to see some of our regulars are back at it!

As we are all aware safety is priority at the moment so please follow our guidelines in the gym and sign in and out.

We are hoping the spa will re-open soon, we are getting through the new enquiries, you're patience is really appreciated - Thanks!

We are only having a limited number of members, until things get back to a kind of 'new' normal.

Please just use common sense to help everyone remain safe for the time being. We thank you all honestly!
