Irvine Rugby Club Junior Section are excited to be partnering with our local gym CrossFit Scotland to bring a fun 3 weeks of pre-season training to our teams 🙌

We know the level of fitness and strength required from our guys and gals to take on the weekly challenge of Rugby and we cannot think of a better gym to get you all prepared!🏋️

The next 3 weeks will be fully programmed, coached and delivered to you by the Team at CrossFit - your regular coaches will be on hand..... maybe even join in 😜💪

No previous gym or fitness experience is required - new to rugby ? new to the gym? fancy just trying something different? now is the time 🤝

This will be fully included in your rugby membership and as always new players have free taster sessions - the perfect time to give both sports a try 👌🙌
