StudioFlex Framlingham officially opens its doors on Thursday 1st October.

From the 1st, the GYM will be OPEN and we’ll be welcoming you into the studio to come and have a look around, meet the team and see our beautiful Reformer studio for yourself.

We’re giving ourselves those first few days to settle into our new home, and then…

REFORMER CLASSES BEGIN MONDAY 5TH OCTOBER

Our launch timetable is here 👆 and bookings for classes from 5th October will go LIVE on Monday 21st September.

We’re so happy to share some wonderful news from the StudioFlex family, our amazing instructor Jo and her husband Simon are expecting their first baby! 🤍👶

Anyone who knows Jo will know just how much warmth, care and positive energy she brings to StudioFlex, and we couldn’t be more delighted for her and Simon as they get ready for this very special new chapter in their lives.

We’re sending you both so much love and happiness as you prepare to welcome your little one, one very lucky baby is on the way!

CLIENT LOVE FOR CAROLINE

We absolutely love hearing what our clients think of their StudioFlex experience.

“Having visited a number of reformer studios, I can confidently say that Caroline at StudioFlex in Stowmarket completely outshines the rest. She is an incredibly passionate, supportive, and understanding Pilates teacher. Her fabulous energy makes every class amazing. Highly recommend!”

It’s always so lovely to hear that our instructors are making such a positive impact on our community. 🥹

And Caroline is just one of the amazing instructors who make up our StudioFlex team.

We’re incredibly proud to have 40+ instructors, including 20+ reformer instructors, each bringing their own personality, experience and energy to our classes.

Something we think is particularly special? 11 of our reformer instructors were StudioFlex members before training to become instructors with us.

They started out as members, discovered a love for reformer, became part of our community and then took the next step to train as instructors, which makes our team feel even more connected to the people we teach.

So today, we’re celebrating Caroline, her fabulous energy and the wonderful feedback she’s received, and feeling very lucky to have such an incredible team of instructors at StudioFlex.
