No matter where you're starting from, SSA meets you where you are. With a maximum of four people per coach, every session can be tailored to your individual fitness level, ability and goals, so you can train with confidence and make progress at your own pace.

Entire session dedicated to cardio is not necessary. By integrating conditioning into your strength training, you can build fitness alongside strength, without the need for long, drawn-out cardio sessions.

Cardio is great if you have time, if not, strength comes first.
