Hey guys,

Anyone who is attending the gym for a class needs to fill in one of these forms now. This is not only for your safety and to make sure we have the up to date info, but its also under the new guidelines for Covid and Track and Trace.
If you can print and fill it in we would appreciate that, just bring it to your next lesson. If you can’t then just ask Rory or Julie and they will be able to supply you with one (next Wednesday onwards).

**REVISED CLASSES TIMETABLE**

BOXING:
Sessions will take place on a MONDAY & THURSDAY at Murray Side Park. Please make sure you bring your own drinks, gloves and skipping rope.
- Juniors: 18.00 till 19.00
- Seniors 19.00 till 20.00

KICKBOXING:
Sessions will take place at the gym on WEDNESDAYS. Please make sure you bring your own drinks, and your own equipment where you can (gloves, skipping rope, etc).
Two sessions are available:
- 18.00 - 19.00
- 19.00 - 20.00
Due to limited capacity please book sessions with us in advance by contacting Rory.

** Latest Coronavirus Update **

Following the easing of the lockdown restrictions we are pleased to say that we can reopen the gym.

BOXING:
Boxing will start back next week. Please contact Rory Burke via text or email for details about how this will work for you.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing will start on Wednesday 29th July in the gym as normal from 6pm - 7pm.

COVID 19 UPDATE: Following the government announcement yesterday, it is with deep regret that we have decided to close the gym for a couple of weeks. We feel that this is the most sensible decision for the welfare and health of our members.

We understand this is a quickly changing situation and we will review restarting our sessions in April, depending on how the situation develops.
