Meet ๐๐๐
What an amazing change and transformation. The physical changes are side effects of a new lifestyle and mindset .
It's a pleasure working with Gaz ๐ always positive embracing every challenge as a new adventure.
Not something restrictive but an enjoyable lifestyle , a healthier mind and body .
I asked Gaz to give me feedback on his journey so far and these are his words :
"I've been active since childhoodโenjoying badminton and running at schoolโbut still struggled with my weight. After a less active period post-school, I got back into exercise in my early twenties, joining a gym and cycling in charity events.
At 26, work and travel limited my activity and led to poor eating habits. By 2006, after marrying Vicky, I realised I'd gained a significant amount of weight. Joining Weightwatchers helped me lose it initially, but without long-term support, I regained some. Over the next decade, even with regular workouts and diets, maintaining weight loss remained difficult.
This year, I decided I needed to make permanent lifestyle changes and resolved to find a personal trainer to help improve my physical fitness and diet. The goal was to lose weight and maintain it, while also toning my body to support my running and overall fitness. There were plenty of personal trainers to choose from at my local PureGym. Still, one stood out among the others because of her personality, positivity, and genuine love of life, and that was Dorina.
Since March of this year, under her guidance, I have achieved a weight loss of 20kg. I have now reached my targeted weight and am shifting my focus toward muscle hypertrophy as the next goal. I really appreciate Dorinaโs continued support throughout this process."
