OUR ANNUAL CHALLENGE ANNOUNCEMENT đŁ
The plans have been drawn up. The date circled for this year.
The âwhyâ remains the same.
Now itâs time we told you.
On Saturday 7th November, weâre heading back to the incredible Debach Airfield for something bigger than a run â our annual Airborne Fit Mental Health Challenge, raising money for the amazing work Suffolk Mind do.
The challenge:
From 8am to 8pm, weâll come together every 30 minutes to run or walk a 2.5km loop â from 2.5km to the full 60km over 12 hours, you can complete as much or as little as you like. You donât need to be a runner, you donât need to be a member of Airborne Fit, and you certainly donât need to complete every lap.
This is about showing up, moving together and reminding ourselves that together, we are stronger.
12 hours for the 12 men taking their own lives in the UK every day and 1.2 billion living with mental health conditions globally.
8am until 8pm because an estimated 8 million people across England are living with diagnosable mental health conditions, but are not receiving professional help or treatment.
There has never been a more important time to come together, talk and take action.
Entry to join us and the challenge is just ÂŁ10, with 100% of your sign-up fee going directly to Suffolk MIND.
So grab your friends, sign up, start training and above all, help us make every kilometre count this November đ€
