When people hear "mental health talk", they often imagine being asked to share personal experiences or take part in a group therapy session. We promise this is nothing like that.
Join us for a relaxed, informal and genuinely enjoyable session delivered by the expert team at Suffolk Mind. There's no pressure to speak, no expectation to share anything personal, and absolutely no judgement.
This isn't about having mental health problems. It's about recognising that we all have mental health, just as we all have physical health. Life can throw challenges at any of us, at any time, and this session is packed with practical tips, simple tools and useful insights to help you look after your own wellbeing and support the people around you.
Come along - Tuesday at 7pm, grab a seat, listen, learn and maybe even have a laugh along the way. We think you'll leave feeling informed, empowered and glad you came.
