Friday kid's classes.

As it's our common riding in Hawick I understand a lot of kid's may be busy and not be attending our kid's classes on Friday.

If your child is attending please book them in at your earliest convenience. If booked in currently and unable to attend please also cancel any bookings.

We'll decide this evening is numbers are high enough to run the classes. If not you'll receive a cancellation email if cancelled.

Any payments made can be carried over if you've paid online and we cancel.

Meet Shirley.

At 69 years young, Shirley continues to prove that age is just a number.

With a lifetime dedicated to martial arts, Shirley has trained and competed at the highest levels in kickboxing, karate, and traditional Jiu-Jitsu, proudly representing Great Britain and travelling the world to develop her skills and knowledge.

What makes her story even more inspiring is that she continues to train even after undergoing a hip replacement, showing the same determination, resilience, and passion that have defined her martial arts journey for decades.

Shirley is a true example of what can be achieved through consistency and a love for learning.

She inspires everyone on the mats young and old alike to keep showing up, keep improving, and never let age become a limitation.
