Hamble Zumba Zumba classes in Hamble-le-Rice with Evelyn. Come and join our friendly Zumba dance group in Hamble at the Hamble Memorial Hall. Everyone is very welcome! Evelyn

Have fun, get fit and stay healthy! Every Monday at 9am & 6pm and every Thursday at 9am. First class only £5, just come along! I'm based in Hamble and all my Zumba classes are in Hamble-le-Rice at the Hamble Village Memorial hall. Zumba is lots of fun and is a great way to keep fit and help stay happy and healthy. It's a combination of Latin Rhythms and easy to follow moves that creates an easy, f

un and addictive workout that helps with coordination and fitness. Come along and give it a try, if you're not convinced, why not pop in and have a look? Classes are run on Monday mornings betweeen 9 and 9:45, Monday evenings between 6 and 6:45 and Thursday mornings betweeen 9 and 9:45. Zumba classes near you !!

ATTENTION PLEASE:
Due to the very high temperatures this week, I have decided to cancel this Thursdays’ Zumba session. Next week will go ahead as normal. Stay hydrated and keep well everyone!
