Meet Ross McGowan, one of our Personal Trainers at Pinnacle Performance.

With 10 years’ experience in coaching, Ross is a true asset to our gym and we are lucky to have him as part of the team! In his spare time outside of Pinnacle Performance, Ross enjoys basketball, clay pigeon shooting and seems to spend a lot of time fixing his Land Rover! Ross is also an avid rugby fan, having gained his RFU Level 1 in Rugby Coaching.

Bench Press – 162.5 kg
Deadlift – 250 kg
Leg Press – 130 kg

This is our most comprehensive program available - working with a personal trainer to guide you through your training as well as a nutritionist to support you through the accompanying meal plan.
