WE’RE HIRING – FULL-TIME COACH!

We’re looking for another great coach to join our team at Unique Training Club in Great Dunmow!

This isn’t just another coaching job. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the fitness industry, develop their skills and grow alongside us as we continue to expand.

We want someone who genuinely loves working with people, brings great energy to every session and gets a real buzz from helping members achieve things they never thought they could.

Meet Laura 👋

Laura told us that she felt nervous when she first joined, but quickly realised how welcoming, friendly and supportive everyone was. She’s become such a big part of the community and now brings a brilliant attitude and energy to every session.

She’s stayed consistent despite a busy schedule. Laura has made some incredible progress since joining us — regularly hitting new PBs, dropping over 3% body fat and gaining over 2kg of muscle 💪

But what’s been just as great to see is how much her confidence has grown.

August Member of the Month!

Roger!

Rog has been achieving so much recently:

- Over the summer holidays he's lost 3.3 % body fat! And over the hardest months to do it!

- Rog joins in with so many community events whether it's our competitions, charity days, social events he's always trying to make every single one!

- He has also been competing in external events like Deadly Dozen, Metrix and Essex Games. Where he's always such a supportive partner!

- In fact recently, Rog and his Metrix partner, Neil, have just won their age category at Metrix!

Rog always comes into training with a smile, he's a pleasure to coach and has truly committed to bettering himself.

Meet Caitlin 😊

Caitlin first heard about us through one of her neighbours, who spoke really highly of the gym — and after seeing the results she’d achieved, Caitlin wanted some of that for herself!

Since joining, her progress has been brilliant. She’s built loads of strength and muscle, her overall fitness has improved massively, and she’s gone from barely being able to run when she first started to now throwing herself into pretty much everything we give her.

One of the things Caitlin loves most is the community. There’s always a friendly face around, the coaches are welcoming, and she’s always felt included and supported.

And Caitlin brings plenty to that community herself! She’s such a bubbly, positive person to have in the gym, always gives 100% and has a great attitude towards her training.

An absolute pleasure to coach — keep smashing it, Caitlin! 🙌💪

Meet Kieran 👋

Kieran’s been with us for just over 2 months now and is already making some great progress, Kieran like many others let his fitness and health take a dip and he decided to do something about it.

He says he’s got more energy, feels more positive, and generally feels better in himself.

From a coaching point of view, he’s also gained strength across his whole body and improved his overall fitness, getting faster and stronger on the cardio too.

Meet Sally 👋

Before joining Unique, Sally felt like she’d lost a bit of focus and didn’t really have the structure she needed to work towards her goals.

Like so many of our members, she was really nervous about getting started. But it didn’t take long for her to realise just how friendly and welcoming the community is, and how much support she’d have from our coaches along the way.

Since joining, Sally has made some brilliant progress. She’s stronger, fitter and much more focused on what she wants to achieve — but most importantly, she’s grown massively in confidence. 💪

Sally is an absolute pleasure to train. She always comes in with a smile, puts 100% into every session and is always there supporting and encouraging the people around her.
