Thursday @ 8.15pm
Saturday @ 8am

Barre is a super addictive fun low impact class which is suitable for everyone.
It combines movements from ballet & Pilates to challenge the body and allows you to discover muscles you didn’t know you had !

Classes are held at the Granary Dance Studio in Dunmow Town Centre and summer classes are just £10 PAYG.

Exciting news BePilates and Barre are adding an extra Barre Studio Classes to the timetable !
From Saturday 7th September I will be running a new barre class from 8am from the Granary Dance Studio in Dunmow.

I have also managed to secure an earlier time slot for the Thursday evening class. This class will now run from 7.15-8.15pm.

Spaces will be limited so please get in touch for more information or to book your place !
Barre is a low impact class which will work the whole body taking inspiration from Pilates and ballet. Classes are open to all levels

BePilates are back in the studio this week and back to a full timetable of classes. Due to a change in circumstances for one of my clients I have the following spaces available in my evening Mat Pilates classes.
1 x space @ Saints Green Place, North End @ 7.30pm and 1 x space on a Thursday evening at the earlier time of 6pm @ The Granary Studio, Dunmow. Both classes are suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome. Please PM me if you would like to come along or call 07966 283138.

Our classes restart on Monday 30th October for the winter term. Thank you to all my lovely clients all but one of my classes has sold out and fully booked. I do however have two remaining spaces in my Thursday evening Barre class. Thursday class restarts on Thursday 2nd Nov. Class is 8.15pm at the Granary Dance Studio. We have a new term of online barre classes starting this Saturday 9th September, if your free you can join us live at 8.30am or simply have the class delivered to your inbox on a Saturday afternoon for you to access wherever and whenever you like ! Barre is low impact and a great way to work the whole body. If you fancy trying a class get in touch !
