I wanted to help bring some awareness to this incredible charity in Great Dunmow.

I went down myself on Monday night and met the guys. All were absolutely incredible.
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s su***de prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. they run every Monday night at 7pm excluding bank holidays at the Maltings Museum in Great Dunmow.
If any guy is struggling or feels like they even just want to talk to someone then please go and see these guys. It's an incredibly safe non judgemental space with other guys all going through individual battles. You don't have to talk, sometimes just listening can be what someone needs.
This is now a charity that means a lot to myself and I currently am raising money to help them keep doing what they do. Unfortunately I have no space left for the fundraiser night but any donations are always appreciated and will be going to an amazing cause.
