Congratulations Megan who ran 7.59 to beat her previous PB by 0.1 🔥

It’s been a very consistent season with lots of good opportunities but the PB is the cherry on the cake for the work she’s done this year. ✅

A season out with injury and she’s back better than ever 👑

Her work rate, professional intelligence and commitment over these past few years have been incredible and she deserves this fantastic achievement. 🙌🏽

She won the title running a PB in the final, it doesn’t get better than that 🔥

Big up my athletes who competed at the Northern athletics championship today 🙌🏽

Ben features on this post the new northern under 20 triple jump champion with a new Personal best of 14.59 - despite struggling with run-up and bounding into the board. Lots more to come and lots of fine tuning to do. This was his first competition of the season.🏆

In the under 17 women’s 300 m, Sophie run an impressively aggressive run to get a new indoor Personal best and coming fourth. She just got pipped up on the line. Very impressive second 300m competition ever. ✅

Megan continues to find her way into good form after having a year off through Injury. She ran 7.77 to come seventh in the final. Her season is only getting going and it’s good to see her back accumulating races. 🔥

Congratulations to the speed demons Harry and Dan who were winners in the u14s youth futsal cup in Madrid 2026 🏆. Harry also awarded the MVP trophy. ⚽️
