⚽️ CLUB TRAINING SUPPORT | SAPT

SA Performance Training is offering training sessions for juvenile football teams u13’s and above, combining technical and tactical coaching with integrated physical development.

Scott is joined by Kevin Symon, with the pair having previously worked together within professional football. Kevin brings over 12 years’ experience in physical performance, including most recently as Head of Performance at Aberdeen FC.

⚽️ Technical & Tactical — football content led by Scott and tailored to the needs of the team.

🏃‍♂️ Physical Development — speed, acceleration, running mechanics and athletic development integrated by Kevin into the football session.

Together, the aim is to give players a fresh training stimulus, while giving coaches exposure to different methods and an example of multidisciplinary coaching in practice.

Sessions are tailored to the age, stage and needs of each team, complementing the great work already being done by club coaches.
