We have courses taking place across the country this autumn, which will give you all the skills you need to set up your own or help at an existing group 🏃

You don’t need to be super-fit, it is more important that you are enthusiastic, approachable and encouraging to others 🤝

The course takes place by blended learning, with four online modules and a half day practical session 💻👟

🏃‍♀️ NEW 8-WEEK BLOCK STARTING THIS WEEK! 🏃‍♂️

Old and new members are very welcome to join our next Ellon JogScotland block, starting Thursday 20th August! 💙

Whether you’re just starting out with our Couch to 5K group or you’re already running and fancy joining our 5K+ group, there’s a place for you.

Our C25K sessions are adapted each week based on the group’s ability and progress, helping everyone build confidence and improve at their own pace.

Our 5K+ sessions are varied — some weeks we’ll run a continuous 5K, while other weeks we’ll mix things up with maintenance runs and different session formats.

Running with JogScotland is about more than just running, it’s a chance to get fitter, improve your wellbeing, meet new people and be part of a friendly, supportive community. Whatever your pace, you’ll fit right in! 😊
