Two of our Meadows players are now Pickleball Scotland Ambassadors. Karen and Sarah attended the workshop in Aberdeen this weekend and will continue to help grow the sport of Pickleball in Aberdeenshire, focusing on introducing more players to the fastest growing sport in the world. Massive congratulations to two of our Pickleballers, Iveta and Sarah. They took part in the Scottish Pickleball Open last week at Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh and won the Gold in the doubles and Sarah also won the Womens singles and another Gold medal. Well done to you both!! 🥇

The team had a brilliant afternoon of pickleball against Pickleball Pals North, finishing up with a 7-2 win. The scoreline doesn’t tell the full story, with a few long, close matches and some excellent points from both sides. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere that makes these league fixtures so enjoyable and appreciate the sportsmanship shown throughout.

We travelled to Elgin today and had an enjoyable day against Pickleball Inverness in our 9th league game of the season. We secured the win 8-1 giving us another 3 points. It was definitely fun watching a crazy amount of ATP’s!!

Today we had 2 good wins against Dornoch Pickleball Club, playing both our Home & Away fixtures back to back. We’re delighted to come away with the wins, but more importantly it was a fantastic day of competitive, friendly pickleball. Huge credit to Dornoch for their sportsmanship and great spirit throughout — always a pleasure to play against such a welcoming team. Pickleball Scotland
