Mothers! This is my one enjoying a cake! Sunday is Mothers Day and also coincides with my lovely Daoyin class so this weekend Mothers go free!! Come along and stretch and move and feel generally excellent before being further pampered by your family........hell if you're feeling extra keen Mothers can have a free kung fu session this Friday and a free Lion Dance class after the lovely Daoyin session. After all Mothers and kung fu are for life nor just for Christmas!!
