It’s been 3 years since I took a risk…

On April 3rd, 2023, I joined a gym as a Personal Trainer with no real income, bills to pay, and a lot of uncertainty. I was working extra jobs just to stay afloat while trying to build something from nothing.

And if I’m honest, I wasn’t the most confident version of myself. I struggled speaking to people, felt like I lacked knowledge, wasn’t in the shape I wanted to be in, and didn’t fully understand the business side of coaching.

Starting as a PT is tough… not because of the workouts, but because of the mental side.

Watching other trainers fully booked while you’re waiting for your first clients is hard. I was impatient, frustrated, and there were many times I wanted to quit.

At one point, I even went on holiday with just two clients… spent all my money… came back… and they’d both left.

Character building, right? 😂

But I stuck with it.

Fast forward 3 years…

I’ve transformed not just physically, but mentally and professionally.

I’ve:
• Gotten into the best shape of my life
• Built real coaching knowledge and experience
• Developed confidence and strong communication skills
• Worked with 200+ clients
• Helped people achieve transformations I’m genuinely proud of

I’ve also hit goals I once only thought about, doing my own photoshoot, helping clients through theirs, and now coaching 5+ people through photoshoots.

That’s something I’m really proud of.

Massive gratitude to my friends, family, mentors, and every client who trusted me along the way.

So what’s next?

Levelling up.
Raising the standard of my coaching.
Getting even better results.
Moving fully into online coaching.
And starting another business.

This is just the beginning. 🚀

Meet .fitnesss4 the CHAMP 🏆🔥

Eve and I have been working together for the past 6 months, and what a journey it’s been. We started with the fundamentals — improving form, technique, building strength, getting leaner, and growing confidence in the gym 💪

But once we realised her true potential… we knew it was time to level things up 📈

So we set a new challenge: a photoshoot prep 📸✨

Since then, Eve has been putting in incredible effort. Staying consistent with training, improving her nutrition, balancing uni full-time, social life, nights out, and still trusting the process the whole way through 🙌

And remember… she’s only 20 years old. The discipline, dedication, and physique she has built at such a young age is seriously impressive 👏

I’m proud to have someone like Eve on my team. She brings great energy, good vibes, and always puts in the work that’s asked of her ⚡

Over the last months she has massively improved:
• Confidence 📈
• Strength 💪
• Physique (toned and lean) 🔥
• Gym knowledge 🧠
• And even started helping her friends with what she’s learned

Most importantly, she’s discovered a real passion and love for training ❤️🏋️‍♀️

What’s next? 👀

Eve has now been inspired to start calisthenics, focusing on:
• Mobility 🤸‍♀️
• Full body strength
• Body control

While still training with weights to build more muscle and continue shaping her physique 💥

Coaching Eve through this whole process has been an absolute pleasure. Plenty of laughs in sessions, hard work, and watching her grow both physically and mentally. Seeing a young person discover their potential in the gym and truly enjoy it is what coaching is all about 🙏

And she’s living proof of something important…

The gym doesn’t make women bulky.
It builds strength, confidence, discipline, better mental health, and overall wellbeing 🌟

🔥 ᴊᴀᴍɪᴇ’ꜱ ʜᴀʀᴅ ᴡᴏʀᴋ, ʀᴇᴀʟ ʀᴇꜱᴜʟᴛꜱ 🤝

started training with me back in September 2024 not loving the gym at all. It wasn’t instant motivation or some magic plan — it was patience, consistency, and figuring out a way to make training fit his life. We tried different approaches, built habits step by step, and focused on enjoying the process while keeping a balanced lifestyle.

Since then, his progress has been unreal. Stronger in the gym, better daily routines, smarter food choices, and a real commitment to looking after himself. What stands out most is his work ethic, when it’s time to show up, he gives 100%. All of this while working full time, socialising, and still enjoying life along the way.

👉Starting weight - 118kg

⭐️ ᴛʜɪꜱ ᴘʜᴏᴛᴏꜱʜᴏᴏᴛ ɪꜱ ꜱᴏᴍᴇᴛʜɪɴɢ ꜱᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ ⭐️

It brings together two of Jamie’s passions — training and motorbikes — and celebrates how far he’s come. From a coaching perspective, I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built as a team. Watching Jamie achieve this while I’m also chasing and living my own dreams as a coach makes this journey even more meaningful. It’s been a privilege to support him every step of the way, not just as a coach but as a mate as well.

Right now Jamie in a maintenance phase, with plans to keep pushing and refining over the next few months. And if his journey so far says anything, it’s that he’s only getting started.

Huge thanks to the _ for bringing this vision to life, and to for the support and for making the day happen.

We kicked things off in May 2025 with a simple weight-loss goal… but it became clear fast that she had way more in the tank.

From day one, Chloe’s been consistent, dialled-in with her nutrition, and giving 100% every time she steps into the gym. Between strength training, cardio, and abs, she’s clocked hundreds of hours—and it shows:

📉 Starting weight: 54kg (8.5 st)
📸 Photoshoot day: 45kg (7.1 st)
⚖️ Total loss: 9kg

All while balancing full-time nursing shifts (days and nights!), being a mum, and still hitting 5–6 gym sessions a week. That’s next-level dedication 👏

The results? Gained muscle tissue, confidence through the roof, unstoppable fitness levels, and a serious transformation—inside and out 🚀

And we’re just getting started… 👉 Next up: bulking season. Time to build! 💪🔥

ᴋᴀʀᴏʟɪɴᴀ’ꜱ ᴘʀᴏɢʀᴇꜱꜱ ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ 🚀

Karolina has absolutely smashed it over the past few months. She started with a successful cut, nailed her photoshoot, and maintained her shape for a while afterwards before heading into a lean bulk. The results speak for themselves, stronger lifts, more muscle, and still keeping body fat nice and low.

Here’s a taste of where she’s at right now: • 50kg Dumbbell Sumo Squats • FULL STACK (93kg) Hip Abduction • FULL STACK (44kg + extra 10kg plate) Glute Cable Step-Ups • 50kg Dumbbell Hyperextensions • 175kg BB Hip Thrust (not on video)
And yes… all of these for clean sets of 10+ reps

🔥Her physique is growing, strength is climbing, and this is just the start. Next up: a few more months of solid bulking to pack on even more quality muscle while pushing strength to the next level. Proud to have her in my team!
