A bittersweet goodbye to the little unit that started it all.

So many memories have been made within these four walls over the last 3 years - laughs, tears, PBs, transformations, friendships and so many milestones. 🥹

To every single woman who has walked through our doors - THANK YOU. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or joined us along the way, you’ve all played a part in making Absolute Zenergy what it is today. 💜

And to the people behind the scenes, I genuinely could never thank you enough. My Dad and John who have practically lived in the new place for the past 4 months 😂, the late nights, weekends and endless hours you’ve put in to bring my vision to life means more than I could ever say.

To my mum and my fiancé Steven for the amount of effort you guys have gave in supporting me in this crazy adventure… again💜

The goal was never to be the leanest version of myself

There was a time I would’ve avoided taking this photo altogether

Not because I wasn’t enjoying myself

But because I wasn’t at my leanest
Because I still had a few kgs I wanted to lose
Because I didn’t feel “ready”

If I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t feeling my most confident before this holiday

I’m a mum to an 18 month old little boy. My body looks different to how it did before pregnancy. I’m not at the leanest I’ve ever been, and there was a part of me that wanted to wait…

Wait until I’d lost a few more pounds
Wait until I felt more toned
Wait until I felt more confident
Wait until I felt “good enough”

But here’s what I’ve learned over the years, both personally and as a coach…

Confidence doesn’t come from reaching a certain weight

Confidence comes from choosing to live your life anyway

Taking the photo, Wearing the bikini, Getting in the sea, Having the gelato, Enjoying the wine, Making the memories

Not because you suddenly love every part of your body, but because you respect it enough to stop putting your life on hold

This body grew and carried my son. It has carried me through 18 months of motherhood, building a business, navigating challenges, showing up for my family, and helping hundreds of women work towards becoming the happiest, healthiest version of themselves

And whilst it’s not the leanest body I’ve ever had, it’s a body I’ve worked incredibly hard for

The women I see make the biggest transformations aren’t the ones who wait until they’re perfect

They’re the ones who stop waiting

They stop waiting for the perfect time, for the perfect body- They stop waiting to feel confident.

And they start actually living their lives through their journey

So here’s your reminder

Don’t wait until you’re “perfect” to enjoy your life

Wear the bikini
Take the photo
Book the holiday
Make the memories

Because the memories you’re making will always matter more than the few pounds you think you need to lose first. 💜

This girl has been part of our Zenergy Elite Coaching team since February and WOW… she is not messing around 👏🏼

A mama of two who decided that once her youngest turned one, it was finally time to start filling her own cup back up again and prioritising herself too. And honestly? I know firsthand just how easy it can be as a mum to completely lose yourself in the chaos of looking after everyone else.

That’s exactly why I LOVE working so closely with the mamas inside Zenergy. Because I want women to understand that you CAN feel like yourself again. You CAN build confidence, strength and energy back up without completely burning yourself out in the process. 💖

Another week of the mum rebuild era 💫

This week felt like a bit of a juggling act… bugs going round the family, trying to keep training ticking over, coaching the girls, being there for Steven while he’s been unwell, and of course mum life 🙌🏻

But when I actually look back at the week…

I still trained twice and got a run in

The HYROX girls absolutely smashed it on Friday and I couldn’t have been prouder watching them compete

I ran up and down the SEC from 9am–6pm like a mad woman 🤣 (honestly felt hungover the next day)

And we had a lovely Mother’s Day while seeing Steven finally starting to feel better

But the real win this week wasn’t perfection, it was showing up.

Showing up as a mum
Showing up as a coach
Showing up for my girls
Showing up for myself

Next week’s aim - get my third training session done and start progressing my running again after watching the girls compete 😍

Sometimes consistency just looks like doing the best you can with what the week throws at you and that’s more than enough 💜
