Very excited to launch the Royal Dornoch Junior Development Squad coaching programme.

Giving this fantastic group of young, hard-working golfers the platform to develop both physically and technically alongside Head Coaching Professional Ally.

The programme focuses on building strong foundations of movement and stability while learning how to produce and control force effectively.

Alongside the in-person group sessions and the 1:1 work we do, these young golfers are being given every opportunity to develop and progress.

Excited to announce that I’ll now be offering movement assessments and personal coaching sessions from the new MKW Fitness facility in Inchmore, Inverness.

This gives golfers and athletes access to a high-quality training environment focused on improving movement, strength, mobility and performance.

My coaching is built around identifying the mechanical limitations that may be affecting how you move, perform and feel. Whether that’s restrictions impacting your golf swing, recurring pain, reduced power output or difficulty getting into efficient positions, the goal is always to understand why the issue is happening and build a programme around fixing it.

It’s a process.

Unfortunately, I’m not magic. What I am very good at is identifying your limitations and building a programme that helps you move better, develop the right strength, mobility, and mechanics, and ultimately play better golf.
But none of this happens overnight.

Progress comes from consistency. Doing the work. Trusting the process.

Dipping in and out of the programme or only training occasionally is not enough to create real change.

If you truly want to improve your game, you have to commit to the process.

Do the work. Trust the process. Results will follow.
