We’re excited to launch the Women and Girls’ Coaching Network - shaped by feedback and conversations with female coaches and players across Scotland.

Across the sport, there are some imbalances we’re keen to change:

🔵 Fewer than 15% of active licensed squash coaches in Scotland are female, despite women and girls making up 25% of the player base.
🔵 Currently, there are no female coaches supporting the PPP and Academy squads.

The new Women and Girls’ Coaching Network aims to:

✅ Boost coaching confidence
✅ Build a supportive peer network
✅ Share relevant opportunities and updates

Join us for the launch event on Sunday 24th August at Newlands Lawn Tennis Club in Glasgow!

Whether you're an experienced coach, just starting out, or looking to learn more about coaching, the network is for you!

More details on the schedule and how to sign up will be shared soon - watch this space!
