As we head into the final school half term of the year, I can't quite believe how quickly it's come around.
Looking ahead at the diary, it's going to be a busy couple of months! Between nursery sessions, after-school clubs, weekend classes and birthday parties, I'll be on the move across 15 different venues every week. It's a lot of work, but honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Over the past year, I've had the privilege of watching so many children grow in confidence, make new friends and develop skills that go far beyond rugby. Seeing a child who was once nervous to join in suddenly running around with a huge smile on their face is what makes every early start and busy weekend worthwhile.
This final term is always one of my favourites. The weather improves (at least it should!), the energy levels go up, and it's a chance to celebrate everything our Rugbytots have achieved throughout the year. I'll be welcoming new faces, cheering on familiar ones and creating plenty more memorable moments along the way.
Running Rugbytots full-time has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The support from our families, schools, nurseries and local communities means the world to me, and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who chooses to spend part of their week with us.
Here's to a fantastic final term full of laughter, learning, confidence-building and lots of rugby fun. I can't wait to see what the next couple of months bring.
