A huge thank you to everyone who came down to our trials on Monday!

It was brilliant to see so many new faces, so much energy, and such a great level of effort from all the players who took part.

We really appreciate all the parents who supported and trusted us to give their children this opportunity. We know how much time and commitment goes into it, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

As parents, it's easy to focus on goals, trophies, and where the game might lead.

But the truth is, very few girls will grow up to play professional football.

What almost all of them will become is something even more important.

They'll become resilient when life gets tough.
They'll learn how to lead when others need guidance.
They'll discover how to work as part of a team, support their friends, and believe in themselves.
They'll build confidence, character, and friendships that can last a lifetime.

One day, the scorelines will be forgotten.
The league tables will fade.
But the lessons learned on the pitch will stay with them forever.

Football isn't just creating players.
It's helping shape future mothers, leaders, friends, mentors, business owners, teachers, coaches, and role models.

And that's why every training session, every match, every challenge, and every smile matters.

This week we held our end of season celebration event and club social at Sheffield.

Over 100 club players attended and had such a great time! A fantastic venue and fun for the whole family.

Anyone can get sunburnt, regardless of their skin tone, although some people are at higher risk than others. To enjoy the sun safely, think 1, 2, 3:

1. Seek shade, especially between 11-3 in the UK
2. Cover up with clothing, a hat and UV protection sunglasses
3. Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and 4 or 5 stars
