Peptides can be a fantastic tool and can definitely support recovery and performance, especially as we get older. 💪

But they’re a tool — not a replacement for the work.

They won’t train for you.
They won’t create consistency.
They won’t build discipline.
They won’t replace good nutrition, sleep and recovery.

There’s no peptide for discipline. You still have to do the work. 🔥

Use the tools available to you — but never underestimate what showing up consistently can do. 🖤
