THE NEW START!!!! URGENT MESSAGE!

Hi everyone, I have now joined a team and am going to be conducting classes from a Burton based gym. The video shows and explains everything I can do and the equipment that is in the gym.

It maybe small but it is ideal for all different types of HIIT classes and that is what I specialise in.
