Fitness Pilates Class Mondays 7-8pm

I have a couple of spaces available on the Fitness Pilates class at The PT Suite Derby - Personal Training and Fitness Studio

These classes are available to book on either a Pay As You Go basis or block bookings are available.

There is a new block of 6 consecutive sessions starting from next Monday 6th July which will run up to and including 10th August.

Price for this 6 week block is £33 or the pay as you go option is £7.50 per session(payable on booking).

These are small group classes and ideal for anyone who has tried Pilates before however could also be suitable for people without experience - please drop me a message if interested or if you would like more information about this class.

Fitness Classes availability!

•Fitness Pilates - Mondays 7-8pm.

£7.50 per session

This class would best suit people that have done a little Pilates before.

•Body Toning Class

Tuesdays 6.30-7.15pm

£6.50 per session.

This class gives a full body workout with lots of squats, stepping, using small weights and kettlebells etc. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

•Circuits Class

Thursdays 6.15-7pm

£6.50 per session.

This is a varied class using an assortment of different pieces of fitness equipment - slam balls, battle ropes, weights and kettlebells etc.

Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

All of these classes are small group (max 10 participants) and usually take place in the studio however during the summer months we sometimes take Body Toning and Circuits classes out to the park - if the weather is suitable for it! 🌞

Body Toning class tomorrow evening (Tuesday 6.30-7.15pm)

There are a few spaces available on the Body Toning class and Circuits (Thursday 6.15-7pm) this week.

Each class is £6.50 per session.

Personal Training availability!

I currently have a few daytime Personal Training slots available at the following times:

Mondays - 1pm (45 minute session)
Tuesdays - 1pm, 2pm
Thursdays - 4.45pm
Fridays - 3.15, 5.45pm

These are regular times which are available however I am also able to accommodate flexible bookings - for example if you are a shift worker or just have a busy life!

There are also a couple of sessions available at the weekends which are currently being booked on a flexible basis and other flexible availability does come up on a weekly basis!

Block payment discounts are offered on both 45 minute and 60 minute Personal Training sessions.

Circuits Class at The PT Suite Derby - Personal Training and Fitness Studio

What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is a great workout that’s suitable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations, and each exercise can be done at your own pace.

The circuits class format will mean you do an exercise at a station for approximately 30-45 seconds before moving on to the next exercise station with a short rest between each exercise.

The exercises included in this class will work the upper body, lower body and core/ab exercises, which will give you a balanced workout.

A low intensity cardio warm-up will be incorporated into the class as well as a cool-down and stretch.

Circuits is a mixture of cardio and strength based exercises designed to work the full body - there are always harder or easier options which makes this class suitable for all levels of fitness.
