What is Circuit Training?
Circuit training is a great workout thatβs suitable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations, and each exercise can be done at your own pace.
The circuits class format will mean you do an exercise at a station for approximately 30-45 seconds before moving on to the next exercise station with a short rest between each exercise.
The exercises included in this class will work the upper body, lower body and core/ab exercises, which will give you a balanced workout.
A low intensity cardio warm-up will be incorporated into the class as well as a cool-down and stretch.

Can anyone take part?
Circuit training is specifically designed to ensure anyone can join in and take advantage of all the benefits. You can take each exercise at your own pace, building up the intensity as you get fitter.
