Trap Bar Deadlift. At the end of our current block on the Stronger Six Programme we had 29 athletes improve their Trap Bar Deadlift best by an average of 15%. Super proud of these guys and their hard work over this course. There were numerous PBs across the board as our participants learnt how to move more efficiently and with intent.
We monitor our key lifts such that participants receive real time feedback regarding their performance. Many participants lifted heavier over the 6 weeks. This is an obvious improvement, either in technique, strength gains or coordination. Either way many were lifting heavier weights or moving the same weight faster.
