Dan Chi Sau ⛩ī¸

This is where the rubber starts to meet the road for a lot of students!

They start to realise just how effective Wing Chun is, particularly in close quarters.

Starting with one arm allows the student to build foundations and develop the core mechanics for the well known 'Chi Sao' or sticky hands, as most people know it, which uses both arms as you'd likely use in a real self defence situation.

Here we see two of our students making incredible progress in their Wing Chun journey and we are extremely proud of them.
