Yesterday we took two competitors to the Northants Open Challenge Cup and came home with a 1st, two 2nd's and a 3rd!! It was a great tournament and fantastic to see how both fighters are improving. Next stop, the Bristol Open!!

Congratulations to Sarah from our Ladies Only class for passing her Grade today! As she couldn't make our main Grade and instead had to attend the 'Alternate Grading Day', she had the extra pressure of taking the Grade on her own! 🙂 She remained very focused and took an excellent Grade! Well done!

Some of our Ladies after passing their Kickboxing Grades yesterday!! Grading is a way of recognising a Student’s progress and provides extra challenges as well as goals for Students to work towards. And you can't beat the massive sense of achievement when you pass!!!
