From 1st September, there will be a small increase to my pay-as-you-go class session prices.

This is my first price adjustment in a while and helps me continue providing the best coaching, support, and service to all my clients.

There was a time when I didn't realise how powerful something as simple as a walk could be.
Walking has become more than just exercise for me, it's time to clear my mind, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with myself.
Every step is a reminder that progress doesn't have to be fast to be meaningful. Sometimes, the best thing we can do for our mental health is to slow down, get outside, and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
