We have some members that only do classes, I always encourage them to consider trying to the Gym alongside.

We have other members who only do Gym, but could really benefit from having an instructor led class or two a week to help their progress!

Remember … ALL classes are included in your membership. Not a member? We offer classes for £6 each.

A time we always tend to see an increase in new members and current members returning more frequently.

School routine is back for the kids, summer is coming to an end and most have had their summer holiday, motivation returns.

Exactly 7 years ago we opened our doors for an opening day event and it has been an unbelievable 7 years since that day!

We see other Gyms constantly running offers at any given opportunity.. providing new members the opportunity to pay a lower price than current members.

Great for new members .. but what about those loyal members?! Why should a new member pay less than a member who’s been supporting a facility for years? 🧐

We will never, ever run offers… instead we reward loyalty!! 👏🏻

Members - whatever membership tariff you pay when you sign up is the price you pay FOREVER!! This includes both monthly and annual memberships. If you are currently a monthly member on a reduced amount and wish to switch to annual, you will be offered the discounted annual price that was available at the time you signed up for your monthly membership (If that makes sense 😅)
