Meet Holly!

Holly will be joining us to teach our 6pm Tuesday evening classes, starting from 23rd June 💜

‘Hey I’m Holly, a Polestar trainer reformer Pilates teacher. I have been doing Pilates for a couple of years now and since becoming obsessed with reformer I decided to start my teacher training course last year!

My classes will be centred around control and alignment, with a balanced mix of exercises to work your whole body.

Outside of Pilates, I am a creative person who loves all things design and fashion, I also have a sausage dog who I spend most of my time with when I’m not teaching or on the reformer. I’ll be teaching at Flux on Tuesdays at 6pm, I can’t wait to meet you all!’
