The First Team took all three points at Misterton.
With a Big shoutout to Rudy Kellett for the winning goal and Jamie Fletcher for his Man of the Match performance

Tomorrow all three of our teams kick off the start to the new season

The firsts, reserves and third team are all hoping to get off to a good start, with each of them playing strong opposition

Our first team travel to Misterton Football Club the reserves host Combe St Nicholas FC A team and our third team travel to Ilminster Town FC to play their A team

With the reverses playing at home the bar will be open during and after the game with hot food available throughout

All your support tomorrow will be hugely appreciated by all the players and management teams, so come down to the lane for a drink and some food and watch the football or travel over to watch the Firsts or Third team fight to get three points on the board early

With the start of the new season fast approaching the first team continue their pre season preparations as they welcome Staplegrove Football Club Reserves to the lane tomorrow as they look to get ready for the first league game on the 5th of September

The bar will be open during and after the game, with good weather forecasted again we hope to see you down there supporting the lads and having a b**r in the sun

Football is fully back tomorrow as the first team get their season underway with a trip to Merriott Moretti in the first round of the hospital cup

The reserves and third team also get their seasons underway this week, with more cup football. Our reserves host South Petherton Football Club reserves Wednesday and our third team are travelling to play Yetminster Sports FC on Thursday

We hope to see you all there and support the lads across all three games

Our reserves host Portesham United at the lane tomorrow afternoon as they look to finish off their pre season preparations

A big test for the first team today as they faced the champions of the Exeter and Devon premier Upottery Football Club first team

The final result was 3-0 to Upottery with a close game throughout. A good run out and test for the lads as they now look to the hospital cup game on the 11th

The thirds came second best against Upottery ressies as they lost 7-1 but again another good run out for the lads

Thank you to all that came out today and supported the boys it’s much appreciated
