Millwey bounced back strongly after dropping points against the same opposition the previous week.
The opening 30 minutes were frantic, but Millwey eventually found the breakthrough. Luke Thurlow pounced on a mistake from the goalkeeper before emphatically firing home.
Adzy Whitehouse doubled the advantage just before half-time. A superb delivery from Sam Waddon found Adzy, who guided an excellent header into the net.
HT: 2–0
Millwey started the second half well but were unable to capitalise on their early pressure. Things became more difficult when Zak, Ty A and Jamie Tait were all forced off through injury, resulting in a triple substitution.
The replacements made a positive impact. Jack Bennett threaded a brilliant pass through to Joe Osborne, who rounded the goalkeeper and was brought down moments before tapping into an empty net.
Luke Thurlow stepped up and expertly smashed the resulting penalty home to complete the scoring.
