This absolute hidden gem is the best way to spend your day off! 🩵

I had so much fun .

Grabbed a coffee ☕️
Went for a dip in the loch 🏊
Had a sauna session 🧖
Scranned some small plates with my friends 🍛🧆🍽️

I will definitely be returning for a date night to try their 6-course tasting menu. It looked so good! 🤤

Why would we have a cold plunge if we are right next to the cold loch?

Great question! I’m glad you asked 😁

- The cold plunge at Venachar Lochside is really, really cold, so in those warm summer months, you can still get that hot and cold therapy.
- It is much more accessible for those who are less confident swimmers.
- It is much quicker to get back into the sauna, which can be amazing, especially on colder days.

These are the Trossachs Swimmers, and they completely took over the jetty, turning it into their very own catwalk. 📸

Feeling refreshed and revitalised after their dip, they absolutely stole the show 💁‍♀️

They come to Venachar Lochside every week for a swim and, looking at this, it is easy to see why they love it! 😁

Andy McSauna is on a mission to try every sauna in Scotland! We were lucky enough to meet him on his adventure out to Venachar Lochside!

He loved us 😊 It felt so good to get positive feedback from someone who has literally named himself after his love of saunas 😆

He was lovely and made a great impression on all the staff.
