🚗 ABERFOYLE CAR BOOT SALE – SELLER RULES & GUIDELINES 🛍️
Welcome to Aberfoyle Car Boot Sale! 👋
To help make the event safe, enjoyable and successful for everyone, please take a moment to read our seller rules before arriving.
📍 ARRIVAL & SET-UP
⏰ Sellers can arrive between 7:30am and 8:45am.
🚫 No early arrivals, please.
📍 On arrival at the Entrance, please follow the instructions of our Marshals. They will direct you to your allocated bay.
🛑 Once parked, please turn your engine off immediately. Engines must remain off for the duration of the sale.
📦 STALL LAYOUT & SAFETY
• All goods and tables must remain within your allocated bay or directly behind your vehicle.
• Please keep all pedestrian walkways completely clear of boxes, tables and trip hazards.
• 🚫 No sale of alcohol, to***co, weapons, counterfeit goods or livestock.
• 🚓 Emergency access lane of the car park must remain clear at all times to allow access for emergency vehicles. No vehicles tables good equipment to block route
🚗 DURING THE EVENT
🚫 STRICT NO-MOVEMENT POLICY
There is strictly no vehicle movement between 9:00am and 2:00pm for the safety of our visitors and sellers.
⚠️ If you need to leave early due to an emergency, please speak to a Marshal. They will es**rt your vehicle out safely at walking pace.
🧹 PACK-DOWN & WASTE
♻️ Please leave no trace. You are responsible for your own pitch.
• All unsold items and rubbish must be taken home with you.
• On-site bins are for small litter only. Please do not use them for bulk waste or unsold stock.
• 🚗 When leaving, please exit via the Entrance as directed by our Marshals.
• Please drive slowly and carefully through the village.
