Congratulations Llandaff North on your victory. A quality side. And thanks for the hospitality. We look forward to the return fixture. A tough score line for us but we stuck together in the 2nd half, showed real togetherness and grit to reduce Llandaff’s tries compared to their 1st half. Well done to Kacey Morkot - Urban Elegance and Sarah Harper - Tralex 365 Electrical Services for winning Back and Forward of the Match. We’ll regroup and continue improving at Training on Tuesday ❤️💙

DELAYED POST - SIRENS NEWS 🔵🔴

Sirens Hardest Worker of the Week - Hayley Skym Sponsored by Laser By Hollie and J Manny Ltd
Hayley has set the standard off the pitch by relentlessly keeping her conditioning up to a high level. On Thursday she reviewed and reflected on her own performance, in our Video Analysis Session. Well done.

Best Defender of the Week - Sarah Harper Sponsored by Tralex 365 Electrical Services
Harper reads the game well, goes forward in defence applying pressure and goes for the ball in the rip or in the Jackal. Well done.

Well done both. 💙❤️

Trainer of the Month🔵🔴

The October Trainer is Hannah Brannon

Hannah is new to the Sirens this season but her dedication, hard work and commitment have been outstanding.

She’s played across the backs when needed and in the back row. Showing great versatility but more importantly a team first mentality.

An example for all players to follow.

She’s keen to learn, to develop and to improve as a player.

Has become a really good line-out operator.

Well done Hannah ❤️💙

Sunday Update -

Unfortunately we have postponed our game this Sunday against Bonymaen due to the amount of injuries we have in our squad.

It’s not something we’ve done often for 3 and a bit seasons but player welfare needs to come first.

Thank you to for understanding and we look forward to Llandaff North a week on Sunday 🏉

SIRENS NEWS 🔴🔵

Sirens Hardest Worker of the Week - Gemma Bisi Sponsored by

Gemma has had a tough time after an injury in the first match of the season. She’s returned to training this week and smashed it. Her work rate off the ball is huge. Supporting the ball and space, going after the ball defensively too. Well done.

Best Defender of the Week - Jo Morrell Sponsored by

Jo is new to the game but her Jujitsu background has enabled her to pick it up quickly. Making 3 appearances in the Premiership so far. Not surprisingly her contact skills, her ability to chop tackle and her ability to Jackal now make her a very effective defender. Well done.

Well done both. 💙❤️
