The fixtures are out, and the countdown is officially on! 📅

After a fantastic campaign in the Dragons League, Bedwas RFC Athletic are ready to take the next step as they begin their first-ever season in Division 6 East for 2026/27.

This promotion is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and passion shown by every player, coach, volunteer, and supporter involved with the club. Now it’s time to test ourselves against new opposition and continue building on the success we’ve earned.

Every match will be a new challenge, but we’re ready to represent Bedwas with pride, determination, and the team spirit that got us here.

Bedwas Athletic 13–12 Nelson Nomads

An absolute battle from start to finish in the Dragons League Cup Final, with Bedwas coming out on top by the narrowest of margins! 💪⚪️⚫️

Huge credit to both sides for an incredible final at Rodney Parade — a proper cup tie right to the last whistle.

So, our last game this season is this evening. Our Athletic Cup Final sees Bedwas RFC Athletic defend their title against Nelson RFC Nomads. Kick off is at 7.45pm at Rodney Parade.

The Youth Shield is first at 6pm when Caerleon RFC Youth go head to head with Gwernyfed RFC Youth so you get two games for the price of one! The bar and the food stalls will be open so you don't even need to worry about what to have for tea!
