This is a rough one to announce but one that was inevitable...

Following many conversations to coax the contrary, 'The Bourbon Badass' Mark Daniels has confirmed his retirement from professional wrestling.

Following this announcement, it is with regret and sadness that I'll have to change the name of the page going forward.

This isn't a decision I've taken lightly and have given two years of grace should that decision change over time. Fu***ng sucks truth be told.

But a necessary one nonetheless. This is a post that pays tribute to my friend and brother in arms, so all shares and comments are welcome.

An end of an era but also a moment of celebration for one of the finest members of the wrestling community I've ever encountered.

Following his victory over James Ellis last year, Danhausen has his sights set on the Slammasters Championship!!

Martyn Grant will want to spoil what could be the biggest party ever seen at the Banking Hall. His credentials speak for themselves..whilst holding the Championship he has overcome the likes of Joel Redman, Doug Williams and James Mason among others. He has in fact only ever tasted defeat in one 1v1 match in a Slammasters ring!

There's no doubt that Danhausen, one of the most popular wrestlers in the world has the ability and cunningness to take the shiny new Championship belt home with him on March 2nd...there's only one way to see if he does so...
